To celebrate my reaching 1K followers on Twitter last week, AND the arrival of the New Year, I am hosting a special giveaway!
Several weeks ago, when I mentioned the idea of a giveaway on Twitter, my fellow blogger and world-conquerer, Cait, sagely suggested that I include a dragon in the prizes. I assented that it was an excellent idea.
While I WISH I could give you all an actual, live dragon, there is the unfortunate problem with dragons not being real and everything. I had to settle with the next best thing: Dragon statues!
So, whoever wins this giveaway will get either (1) an awesome dragon of their choosing or (2) a Barnes & Noble gift card, if they’re not the dragon-loving type. (Shame on you, dragon haters.)

Q: When does the giveaway end?
You have exactly one week to complete the giveaway tasks. It all ends on January 8, 12:00 AM EST. And then I get to choose the lucky winner!
Q: What are the prizes, exactly?
I will be giving away any one of the dragon statues at Medieval Collectives, chosen by the winner, up to a price of $20. I will order the statue you choose and send it to you, wherever you are in the world. 😉
If you don’t want a dragon, I will send you a digital Barnes & Noble gift card for $25 instead.
And just to be painfully clear: You can only choose ONE PRIZE or the other. You cannot combine the dragon prize with the gift card prize. Sorry, but I’m just not that rich.

OMG DRAGONS. This is seriously a fabulous idea and the reason we should all take orders from our Queen. But, erm, let’s be honest, I’d prefer the books. PROBABLY. MAYBE. Dragons are very tempting. Indeed, the Queen reigns supreme, and her dragonly ideas are indeed superior to anyone else’s. (Look at us, we are loyal to her and she’s not even in the room.) Of course, if you win, the choice is entirely up to you, and I won’t ACTUALLY shame you for choosing the books. ;D I’m not even sure I would choose the dragon myself… hmm! But who knows, since I won’t actually be in the giveaway. (That would kind of defeat the point…)
